Team Lightning 2011

 I have said this before and I will say it again, I love the friends and memories these boys are making together! We even made some really good friends w/the other parents too! I can't wait for next season! (o: Good job boys, you make us all so proud! 

Halloween 2011

This was Talan's 1st Halloween too! Love my baby boy!

 This year we had a Minnie Mouse (Navey) Cinderella (Karsyn) Woody (Talan) and a Scary Zombie thingy (Ryker) The kids were so much fun this year! Talan just went with the flow, he mostly just loved being out and about looking at all the people. This year the girls knew what to do, we didn't have to go to the doors with them, they just walked right up there and said their "trick or treat" and we just waited on the sidewalk to see their excited faces! This might have been Ryker's last year going door to door, maybe next year he can hand out the candy! (o:

Had To Share!

One day my Mom was at our house, and she was mad cause she had lost her glasses (she loses them ALL the time now)she looked "EVERYWHERE" for them, still couldn't find them. So fastforward to the next day, my Mom had already left our house by now, we were cooking dinner, and I opened the over to put the dinner rolls in and found my Mom's glasses, melted on the bottom of the oven! I have never laughed so hard! (o:

We played the Broncos and we lost, but it was a really good game and fun to watch! The Broncos Cheerleaders came over and did a cheer for our team because we were losing, it was a sweet gesture! I am sad that his football season is over, we had a fun time going to his games every saturday. We met a lot of great parents and Ryker made some good friends! I am excited though because Ryker told me he wants to play again next season! Whoo hoo GO LIGHTNING #54

I found this old picture of Ryk (he was FOUR years old) and I started laughing! I love him, I love his itty bitty baby teeth, I love how he always has a messy face (he still does that even though he's TWELVE years old) and the darts stuck to his head just shows his true goofy, prankster, personality! I have been so blessed to have him in my life! I am one lucky Mama forsure. ♥

Memories ♥

This isn't just any house, this is my Grandma Norton's house. I have so many good memories growing up in this house! My Uncle Davey and his family live in it now, but it will always be my Grandma's house to me! I get a good ,happy feeling just looking at pictures of the house, the same feelings I would get as a kid when I would think about Christmas (weird, maybe!?!) But I LOVE this house, and the memories that go with it! I want my kids to grow up in a house, and get the same feelings about it from the memories they create!

Jug's dad Rick passed away September 4, 2008 We sure do miss him! The kids like to release balloons to him all the time! I used to love listening to him play the harmonica, he would always play Christmas songs, those were my favorite! Jug still to this day will re-tell his dads jokes/stories!

 I can't even explain how I feel watching him out there! I'm proud, excited, emotional all combined!

 I love the friendships he's building, the fun he is having and memories he's making with his teamates...
